At Mitsubishi Golf, we stand behind the precision and performance of our premium shafts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, uninstalled items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the specific shaft or accessory you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack the uninstalled shaft in its original protective sleeve and shipping tube to prevent structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of the package, ensuring all old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the shaft has not been cut, tipped, or gripped, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
